🖤 100% Off for BIPOC Community Members

In recognition of the historical and systemic barriers that BIPOC communities face in accessing land, funding, and regenerative spaces—we’re offering a number of 100% discounted registrations for BIPOC-identifying attendees. Please reach out to citrine@permatours.org to request access to this discount code.

🚌 Travel Support + Carpool Incentives

We know that rural gatherings can be hard to reach—especially for those coming from cities. We have limited funds available to support transportation costs for those who need assistance getting to the event.

To encourage ride-sharing and lower our collective carbon footprint, we’re offering free meal passes to those who carpool together. Please email citrine@permatours.org to inquire about travel support and our ride sharing spreadsheet to support coordination, especially from Boston and NYC.

🛠 Work Trade (Volunteer Exchange)

Volunteer shifts are 3 hours, and for each hour you contribute, you’ll receive $25 off your ticket—making it easier to attend while actively co-creating the experience.

You can sign up for one or more shifts, and we’ll do our best to place you in a role that aligns with your interests and availability.

It’s a beautiful way to make the event more affordable while being part of the behind-the-scenes magic.

🌿 Scholarships

Scholarships are available for individuals who are deeply rooted in or committed to bioregional transformation but may face financial barriers. We especially prioritize applications from BIPOC, youth, elders, and land-based organizers.

This movement is rooted in reciprocity—we honor the many visible and unseen contributions that make this gathering possible.
